Refund policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases of GUERRACHROM® products from Guerra Nutritionals LLC. Because our products are consumable nutritional supplements, we maintain strict standards to protect the health and safety of every customer.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or unopened product.

For health and safety reasons, returned nutritional products are not restocked or resold.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, our team will first try to complete delivery where possible, such as re-shipping the sealed kit to a corrected address. If delivery cannot be completed, we will issue a full refund and dispose of the returned product.

Delivery Issues

Lost, missing, damaged, incorrect, or broken-seal shipments are handled separately from returns. If there is a problem with your delivery, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item or packaging arrived damaged. Our team will review the issue and follow up with you.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error or other issue with your order, please contact us first so our team can review it.
