Cancellation policy

$245 charged today and every month until you cancel.

Monthly Recurring Subscription

GUERRACHROM® is sold only as an ongoing monthly subscription. Each successful monthly charge creates one order for one 30-day set containing AM Powder, PM Capsules, and PM Softgels. This is not a prepaid course, there is no fixed subscription term, and there is no one-time purchase option.

Billing and Renewal

Your payment method is charged $245 when you place your first order and every month thereafter until you cancel. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Your order confirmation identifies your next charge date. We do not send renewal reminder emails.

How to Cancel

Cancellation is by email only. Email hello@guerrachrom.com from the address associated with your order and include your order number. We process cancellation requests the same day they are received.

A cancellation stops the next charge when it is processed before your next billing date. It does not cancel, return, or refund the current month’s order. After cancellation, no future monthly charges or shipments will be created.

Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. The only refund exception is a carrier-undeliverable order that cannot be completed; any returned product is disposed of and is never restocked or resold. See our Refund Policy for details.
